These terms explain how groomers and pet parents may use Pawfect Appointments, our booking portal, and the related tools that help run grooming businesses. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these rules.
Pawfect Appointments is a software platform that lets dog grooming businesses publish availability, manage bookings, send confirmations, and collect customer information. We are not a grooming provider and we do not control pricing, grooming quality, or policies set by each business. The agreement for any grooming service is between the grooming business and its customer.
We handle personal data (such as customer contact info, pet details, and booking history) as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws when using the platform and when exporting or reusing data you obtain through Pawfect Appointments. Review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use information.
Pawfect Appointments, including our brand, code, designs, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. You may use the platform only as permitted by these terms. You retain ownership of the content you add, and you grant us a license to host, display, and use that content as needed to operate the service and support your account.
Pawfect Appointments is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that bookings will be free of errors or that customers will show up, pay, or comply with your policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawfect Appointments is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to use Pawfect Appointments in the 3 months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless your local law requires otherwise. The parties agree to seek informal resolution first; if unresolved, disputes will be handled in state or federal courts located in California.
We may update these terms as we launch new features or to meet legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, when practical, notify account owners. Continued use of the platform after changes go into effect means you accept the revised terms.
